• What forms of payment do you accept?
Both Paypal and credit/debit card payments accepted.
If paying by Paypal echeck, item will be held until payment has cleared.
• What is your fulfillment/shipment schedule? How long will my package take to get to me?
Please allow 7 -10 business days for your poster order to ship out. You will receive a shipment notification once it is ready to go.
*** For color prints, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to ship. These take longer to produce.
All orders within the US are sent USPS Priority which takes,on average, 2-3 days to arrive.
International orders are sent out United States Postal Service First Class mail which could take on average, 10-15 business days to arrive. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system, Debbie Carlos Shop cannot guarantee your items will arrive during this time frame.
• Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Just email us and let us know what you need.
International buyers are able to purchase expedited shipping + tracking info (not included with standard international shipping) via the drop down menu during check out.
• Any other important notes on shipping?
Please double check that your email and mailing addresses are correct. Shipment notifications and tracking information will be sent via email the day before or day of your shipment.
DEBBIE CARLOS SHOP is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
• Can I exchange an item or return for a refund?
Sure. But please read listings carefully. We try to be as transparent as we can when describing each item and if you are unfamiliar with any of the materials and processes mentioned please do not hesitate to ask. Debbie Carlos Shop cannot offer any refunds if you are surprised by anything that is mentioned in the listing. We do not issue refunds unless there has been a gross mistake on our part.
Returns for refund or exchange must be arranged within 3 days of delivery via email. Item must be returned in the same state you received them in. For example, if you are not reporting damage, item must be returned and arrive in re-sellable condition. Refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.
Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
No refunds or exchanges on custom posters.
Debbie Carlos Shop is not responsible for any items that are late, lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged but will be more than happy to send a replacement or you may exchange it for another item.
Due to the small nature of our operation, I cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies. Thank you for understanding.
• Can you do a custom item for me?
If you would like prints or posters made of your images or any other images you see on my website, I would be happy to do that for you. Please email me to arrange custom orders.
• Do you do wholesale?
Everything except limited edition items in the shop is available for wholesale. Please email for wholesale terms & pricing.
• Do you have any framing or displaying tips?
Many people have asked me how they should frame and hang the posters. At home, I hang the posters from binder clips or bulldog clips. I think its kind of utilitarian and cool. But if you want to go with traditional framing, Wholesale Poster Frames provide affordable and simple custom frames for art of any size up to 60" on the longest side! Just plug in your dimensions and they will send you everything you need to put together a frame for your poster.
I've found another good way of hanging large prints is with small magnets. You just put four nails into the wall where the four corners of the poster would be and then stick the poster to the nails with small magnets. It looks really nice and seamless and as if it is floating off the wall a little.
