Shipping & Returns

 

All Customers

Please allow, on average, 7 business days for your unframed print, poster, or ceramics order to ship out. Custom framed artwork will take two weeks to ship out. You will receive a shipment notification once it is ready to go.

Please double check that your email and mailing addresses are correct. Shipment notifications and tracking information will be sent via email the day before or day of your shipment. DEBBIE CARLOS SHOP is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information. 



US Customers

free standard shipping for us orders are sent via United states postal service first class or priority mail depending on the item. Please allow on average up to 3 days in transit depending on where the package is being sent to .

International customers

International orders are sent out via United States Postal Service First Class mail which could take on average, 10-15 business days to arrive. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system & time in customs in your country, Debbie Carlos Shop cannot guarantee your items will arrive during this time frame. 

INternational customers enjoy a flat rate fee for standard shipping. Whether you purchase 1 or 10 items, it will ship for the same rate.

Returns

please read listings carefully. We try to be as transparent as we can when describing each item and if you are unfamiliar with any of the materials and processes mentioned please do not hesitate to ask. Debbie Carlos Shop cannot offer any refunds if you are surprised by anything that is mentioned in the listing. We do not issue refunds unless there has been a gross mistake on our part. 

Returns for refund or exchange must be arranged within 5 days of delivery via email. Item must be returned in the same state you received them in. For example, if you are not reporting damage, item must be returned and arrive in re-sellable condition. Refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

No refunds or exchanges on posters, sale items and democracy prints.

Debbie Carlos Shop is not responsible for any items that are late, lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged. In the case of lost or damaged items, we will be happy to send a replacement but customer is responsible for reshipment fees. 

Due to the small nature of our operation, I cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies. Thank you for understanding.
