Shipping & Returns

 

Please allow, on average, 7 business days for your unframed print, or ceramics order to ship out. Custom framed artwork will take two weeks to ship out. You will receive a shipment notification once it is ready to go.

Please double-check that your email and mailing addresses are correct. Shipment notifications and tracking information will be sent via email the day before or day of your shipment. DEBBIE CARLOS SHOP is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information. 

All orders ship via USPS first class, USPS priority or UPS GROUND. if you need to expedite your order, please contact us



CONTACTLESS PICK-UP AT OUR LANSING STUDIO


We’re happy to offer free contactless pick-up at our lansing, MI studio! If you chose this option by mistake, please let us know ASAP before we package your order up for pick up. If you decide that you need your items shipped after we have fulfilled your order, a repackaging fee will be charged before we can ship out your package to cover packing materials as well as the additional time to pack your order appropriately for shipping.

NON-US CUSTOMERS

International orders are sent out via United States Postal Service First Class mail which could take on average, 10-15 business days to arrive. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system & customs processing time at its destination country, Debbie Carlos studio cannot guarantee your items will arrive during this time frame.

RETURNS

Please be aware that Debbie Carlos Shop does not offer refunds unless there has been a gross mistake on our part.

Returns for refund or exchange must be arranged via email within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in the same state you received them in. For example, if you are not reporting damage, item must be returned and arrive in re-sellable condition. Refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES RETURNED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS

Debbie Carlos studio is not responsible for any items that are late, lost, stolen, damaged during shipping or packages that have been returned to the studio due to wrong shipping address. Once your order has left our studio, The status of your package is out of our hands. We cannot access information that is not already noted on the tracking page that is sent to you when we fulfill your order. If you feel your items have been lost or stolen during the shipping and delivery process, please start a claim with the carrier. You can find which carrier was used to deliver your package on your tracking information page. If it is possible, we may be able to send a replacement, but the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. 

The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees for packages returned to the studio due to a wrong address as well as reshipment fees to the correct address.

Due to the small nature of our operation,
WE cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies.
